We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager to join our Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic team in our newly opening practice in Killin.

Your overall role and responsibilities will be to lead and drive your team to ensure the smooth running of your practice to create and maintain a professional, friendly and customer focussed culture that provide a high-quality dental service that is continuously striving to improve and grow.

The Job role:

- Leading the team with the day to day running and management of the practice
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
- Build the vision and brand message for the practice, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Attend regular management meetings with the other infinityblu practice managers
- Delivering on business targets, with ideas and execution
- Recruitment, and identifying the needs of the practice
- Regular team meetings and staff performance reviews
- Providing support and training to increase, performance, skills, and knowledge of nurses and staff
- Competent in Health and safety management
- Process NHS and monthly schedule reports
- Clinical Governance, Combined Practice Inspection

The role would suit an individual who has:

- Must have excellent leadership & management skills and the ability to motivate others
- Be an excellent listener and being empathetic to the needs of the team and patients
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must have strong written & verbal skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and handle multi-tasking effectively
- Ability to adapt in accordance with business needs
- Experience, or knowledge of both NHS and Private dentistry is preferred, however, not essential.
- Knowledge of SOE Exact is preferable.
