April is Stress Awareness Month

Stress is a natural response to the pressures we face, but when those demands outweigh our ability to cope, it can take a toll on our wellbeing. Most of us have experienced it at some point, and it's okay to seek support.

Managing stress doesn't mean avoiding challenges altogether, it's about reducing pressure where we can and building emotional resilience to handle what life throws at us.

There are so many useful tips and resources out there to help you cope. Let's keep the conversation going and support each other through it

What a day!

Our Peebles Children’s Open Day was a big success , filled with smiles, games and a very special visitor… Spiderman swung by to say hello!

INTRODUCING OUR DENTAL IMPLANT SURGEONS

Dr. Tim Tabatabaie
Dentist & Dental Implant Surgeon

Tim graduated from the University of Glasgow and has been a member of the Infinityblu team since 2019.

He currently works across the Crieff, Pitlochry, and Callander practices, where he provides high-quality general dentistry alongside a special focus on implant dentistry, ranging from straightforward single tooth replacements to complex full arch reconstructions.

Tim undertook his formal implant training with the prestigious British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry and has since advanced his knowledge with a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Implant Dentistry from the renowned San Raffaele University in Milan. These advanced qualifications reflect his commitment to clinical excellence and place him among a select group of UK dentists trained to this level.

He has a particular interest in digital and guided implantology—using cutting-edge technology to digitally plan implant placement for optimal precision, safety, and predictable outcomes for his patients. This allows Tim to offer tailored, patient-focused solutions with a high level of comfort and confidence for even the most complex cases.

Tim's passion for continuous development is evident in his dedication to postgraduate education. He has recently completed a year-long program in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the Fresh Dental Institute in London, one of the UK's most respected training centres, and is working toward earning his diploma in the field.

Tim enjoys spending time with patients to make sure that they know all of their options. Ensuring patients are put at ease is a top priority and this involves working with each patient to create plans tailored to them.

Outside of dentistry, Tim is a big rugby and tennis fan and enjoys skiing during the winter months. His golf game, however, is still a work in progress!
