We are looking for a highly organised, confident and patient-focused Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic Crieff. About the Role
As Front of House, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the reception and front desk service. You will work closely with the FOH Administrator, Practice Manager, Dental Nurses, and Clinicians to ensure our standards, systems and compliance requirements are consistently met across the practice. A key part of the role is providing an excellent customer service experience, ensuring every patient receives a warm, professional and supportive welcome from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional and patient-centred reception service
  • Manage appointments, diary changes, cancellations and rebooking
  • Handle patient enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Oversee daily administrative duties including banking, scanning, filing and patient correspondence
  • Support communication between front of house, clinicians, nurses and external providers
  • Maintain excellent waiting room presentation and patient flow
  • Monitor patient finance applications and recall patient lists
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality and practice policies
  • Assist the Front of House Administrator and Practice Manager with delegated administrative tasks
  • Provide front of house cover across other Infinityblu practices when required

About You

  • Previous experience in a dental, medical or busy customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly manner
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and multitask confidently
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues across the practice
  • Comfortable with learning systems and following structured processes
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to high standards

Working Days: 23.5 hours, 3 days per week, with additional hours available to provide holiday cover.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Crieff PH7 4BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
