Chris is the founder and owner of Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic, one of Scotland’s best known and most respected dental brands. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field with a focus on dental implants and full-arch restorations, Chris has built a thriving group of 12 highly regarded dental practices across Scotland. Infinityblu is known for its commitment to exceptional patient care, cutting-edge technology, and a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.

Chris’ journey into dentistry began graduating in 2001 from University of Dundee. Chris immediately developed a passion for transforming lives through high-quality dental care and had a drive to ensure excellence in patient experience, and to bring a fresh, patient-centred approach to the dental industry.

Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic was born out of Chris’ deep commitment to delivering not just quality dentistry, but life-changing outcomes for patients. His vision was to create a dental brand that offered more than routine care—a place where patients felt listened to, respected, and part of their own treatment journey. This vision for Infinityblu and for what it stands for has shaped the brand from day one, as Chris opened the first Infinityblu practice with a focus on personalized, patient-first care.

What started as a single squat dental practice In the Highland village of Pitlochry in Perthshire, has grown into a group of 12 successful dental clinics spread between Perthshire, Stirlingshire, Fife and the Scottish Borders, each sharing the same dedication to clinical excellence and outstanding patient service. Infinityblu has become a trusted name across Scotland, widely recognized for its uncompromising commitment to quality. Infinityblu now has grown to over 40 dentists, 10 hygienists/therapists and over 125 team members.

From the start, Chris built Infinityblu with a patient-centred philosophy at its core. Stephanie Johnston

Since graduating from Dundee University in 2000, Steph has spent her time working locally in general practice but also further afield treating teeth in Brisbane, Australia.

Steph believes in a calm and compassionate approach so likes working with anxious patients to ease their dental fears. She also enjoys all aspects of dentistry and thus helping patients achieve their desired treatment goals.

When not at work, Steph is kept busy by her three girls and also loves to ride her Highland Pony and explore the outdoors with her dog.

Stephen Beattie

Associate Dentist

Stephen qualified from Dundee in 2004 and has since gained extensive experience in Edinburgh Dental Hospital and in busy Private and NHS practices across Scotland. Stephen has become a huge hit with his Dunkeld patients and his dentistry is enhanced by his excellent attention to detail.

Stephen lives locally with his family and in his spare time, he is an avid water sports fan.

Vicky Thompson

Vicky graduated from the Universities of Plymouth and Exeter in 2016 and has since worked in practices in Inverness and Edinburgh prior to joining the Infinityblu team. Vicky works at our Pitlochry and Dunkeld practices and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Outside of work Vicky enjoys bagging Munros with her German shorthaired pointer, Bruce.

Carolynne Jamieson

Carolynne has been part of the team at Infinityblu Pitlochry since 2010. She now works between Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Auchterarder providing high quality private dental care and dental implants.

Carolynne has completed her postgraduate qualifications in Dental Implants at the Campbell Academy. This now allows her to offer a complete range of solutions for her patients. She also has a keen interest in Facial Aesthetics.

When coming to see Carolynne she aims to provide you with a relaxing and informative patient experience and wants all her patients to feel comfortable and happy during their visit.

Natalie Walker

I completed vocational training in Perthshire before starting core training based in Tayside. During core training I worked with the Public dental service and with specialists at Dundee dental hospital in a broad range of specialities. After this, I worked at the Oral and maxillofacial unit at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy alongside consultants providing emergency and specialist care. I then returned to general dental practice in 2019. I have a small flock of pedigree Ryeland sheep which keep me busy alongside my Highland ponies.

Komathy graduated from University of Malaya in 2005. After 3 years in general dental practice, she pursued Master’s in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Surgery) at University of Edinburgh. Following 3 years of clinical training, she passed MSurgDent which enabled her to register as a specialist in Oral Surgery. Komathy has a wide range of experience, working in dental practices and dental hospitals over the past 17 years.

Komathy has been lucky to join the Infinityblu team providing oral surgery related services and intravenous sedation. Komathy receives both internal and external referrals. At Infinityblu, we work closely to provide best possible care to patients. Following oral surgery treatment, patients are then referred back to their General Dental Practitioners for ongoing care.

Komathy provides dental extractions, surgical extractions, tooth exposure for orthodontic purposes, soft tissue surgery including biopsies, tongue- tie release to name a few. Intravenous sedation is available in house for dental treatment. This is a great alternative for anxious patients.

Outside work, Komathy enjoys rock concerts and baking cakes.

Jade McDonald

Jade qualified from the University of the Highlands and Islands with a BSc in Oral Health science.

Jade is our dental therapist who works between our Pitlochry, Crieff and Dunkled practices. Dental therapists perform hygiene visits, restorations, paediatric dentistry and much more. She has received further training in teeth whitening and Airflow and is more than happy to answer any queries you may have about treatment. She is friendly, out-going and enjoys regaining people’s confidence from their smile. Jade is passionate about gum health and advises her patients the best way to combat and prevent gum disease. She helps provide the best care for our patients alongside the dentist as a team effort to maintain a healthy mouth.

Outside work Jade enjoys relaxing in front of the TV.

Elizabeth started her journey with us back in 2019 after coming to us from a Hospitality background and became a fully Qualified Dental Nurse in 2021. Elizabeth has a fast-paced life, if she’s not at work you'll find her looking after her young family or even out and about on a hill helping with her family’s livestock. She'll never shy away from a challenge or developing new skills both within Infinityblu and without!

Nikki Ferguson

Nikki qualified in 2010 and joined Infinityblu Dental Care in May 2017. She really enjoys interacting with patients; making them feel welcome and wonderfully at ease. She receives huge satisfaction from relieving patients’ discomfort and seeing them leave the surgery with a smile.

Nikki is friendly, easygoing and enjoys working as part of a team. Outside work, she loves spending time with her family, outings with the kids and country walks with her dog. She also enjoys bagging the odd Munro now and again (to the uninitiated ‘bagging a Munro’ is climbing a mountain over 3000 feet!).

Lucy Wright

In 2002 I met Mr Wright!
Also known to most as David haha. We have two beautiful children Oscar and Olivia and our family pet cat Matilda.

I have been dental nursing for many years. I worked full and part time along side Peter Greig. During this time I also qualified as a beautician and was fortunate to have my own small business prior to having our children. On returning to work I returned to dental nursing.

Out of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going shopping, walking and swimming.

I am looking forward to starting at Iblu and getting to know the team.

Kerry Knight

I started at Infinityblu as a trainee dental nurse at the end of August 2021. This is a completely new career change for me but such an exciting new chapter in my life and I am looking forward to the new challenges. I find the role of a trainee dental nurse really interesting as there is always something new to learn about each day. I am looking forward to starting my training and to gaining my qualification!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé and 2 boys making as many memories as we can. I also enjoy going out exploring the countryside with my Cocker Spaniel, Ellie.

My name is Elyssa, I am 18 years old. I used to work at a jewellers as a sales assistant.

I have always wanted to be a dentist and thought I would follow my dreams.

Jenny Sayle

Practice Manager

Jenny has worked at Infinityblu since the Pitlochry practice opened in 2007. A qualified Dental Nurse since 1983, and a Cleanliness Champion, she is now Practice Manager at our recently opened Dunkeld practice, having held the same position in Pitlochry for eight years.

She particularly enjoys getting to know our patients and making them feel welcome. She oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, which definitely benefits from her organisational skills. She is also known for her love of labelling everything she sees!

When not sorting out the practice, Jenny enjoys spending time with her partner, Paul, and seeing friends and family.

Anna Vorderman

Anna recently joined the team and has a background in hospitality for over 14 years. She is excited to bring her experience to the practice in Dunkeld and looks forward to meeting you there! Originally from the Netherlands, she moved to Scotland in 2016. The one thing she misses the most is cycling in a flat country! Outside of work, Anna likes to spend time with her husband, family and friends. She enjoys photography, traveling and cozy evenings in with a good movie.

Angela Kelly

Front of House

Hi, I’m Angela and I am originally from Stirling. I have recently returned home to live in bonny Scotland after spending over 20 years in the North East of England.

I’ve had a varied career to date, but all of my roles have involved being customer-facing. Whilst I have never worked in the dental industry, I have experience in both working in and managing front-of-house roles, and for me, the core value is always customer experience. It’s something I truly enjoy and get real satisfaction from — I love engaging with people and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

I’m excited to be joining Infinityblu as part of the front-of-house team in both Pitlochry and Dunkeld, and I’m really looking forward to this next chapter.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, landscape photography, paddleboarding, and generally making the most of outdoor life. My partner Chris and I are currently renovating our wee forever cottage, which is certainly keeping us busy! We also love spending time with our children and grandchildren when they come up to visit.

Amel S Bannaga

Marketing Manager

Amel had her bachelor’s degree in marketing and kicked off her professional experience in the telecom industry for 9 years from Risk Management, Brand, Communications and Media to Pricing and Acquisition Management.

Amel moved from Sudan to the UK in mid 2019 and joined Infinityblu Dental Care and Implant Clinic in October 2019 to join the fast pace and growing brand. Most importantly to be part of the team and the friendly environment.

Outside of work Amel enjoys travelling and cultures, fashion designing and arts. And most importantly quality time with family and friends.
