Since graduating in 2001, Chris has continued to feed his passion for Dentistry. In 2007, he opened the Pitlochry based Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic as a squat practice, winning multiple practice awards, including Chris himself winning Best Young Dentist in Scotland at the UK Dentistry awards in 2013.
Over the following years, the Pitlochry practice and team has grown the practice from a single dental chair to a three surgery multi-displine practice with 6 dentists, 2 therapists and hygienist.
Following from this, in early 2017, Chris launched, again from start-up, a second two surgery practice, this time in Dunkeld. In March 2018, he purchased two further existing dental practices in Crieff and Auchterarder, and February 2020, purchased an existing dental practice in Alyth near Blairgowrie to bring the total number of practices to 5. Further growth in Infinityblu has been the acquisition of a 3-surgery practice in Duns, Scottish Borders, and a 4-surgery practice in Callander, Stirlingshire.
Infinityblu now employs over 100 team members throughout the 7 practices, with dental care provided by over 20 Dentists, and 5 Hygienists/Dental Therapists.
Chris has developed a customer focused service approach to the dental care at Infinityblu. The aim being to ensure the highest standard of dentistry is provided, that patient's needs are listened to, and that all patients are offered the full range of treatment options to enable them to make an educated decision to the treatment best for the patient.
He has over 20 years’ experience in dental implantology and devotes all his clinical time to offering a full in-house dental implant service over all the practices. Chris has recently shifted his implantology focus onto the revolutionary single day Chrome GUIDED smile system which enables Chris to treat patients by giving them a row of fixed teeth in a SINGLE VISIT, by removing failing teeth, placing a row of implants, and fitting fixed bridgework.
Most recently, Chris has invested substantially in the digital side of dentistry, and introducing a number of CBCT (Cone beam 3D scanning technology) for safer implant planning, digital scanners in multiple practices, and in-house milling units to the Pitlochry practice, enabling the Dentists to offer and fit in-house same day crowns, bridges, veneers and inlays, which can be milled and fitted with incredible accuracy and fit, all in one visit, thereby, eliminating the need for patients to have impressions, temporaries or multiple visits over a period of weeks to have lab work fitted.
Outside work, Chris has a passion in training for ultra-running and triathlons and spending his time with his three children and family.

My name is Sebastian Mylchreest and I am one of the Dentist’s here at Infinityblu. I grew up in Edinburgh before moving to Dundee for university. Both at school and at university my passions were football and playing a variety of instruments for bands and orchestras. My hobbies now include golf, travelling and keeping our overweight cat on a diet! My parents still live in Edinburgh whilst my sister works in Leeds for a fantastic charity.
After graduating from Dundee university with distinction nearly 10 years ago I worked first in Dundee and recently in St Andrews. I’ve completed the prestigious Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons of England, gained a certificate in periodontal surgery through Perioacademy and am a member of the Association of Dental Implants and the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Glasgow.
Having worked in a private practice for most of my career and being part of two teams that have won prizes for ‘Best Digital Dental Practice’ in Scotland, my aim is to provide you with the very best that dentistry can offer, in the most comfortable and predictable way, often showing you before we’ve started what the end result will be. All of this is in efforts to keep you firmly in control of your treatment with us.
Testimonials from happy patients:
“I found the whole visit pleasant, professionally excellent and thoroughly to be recommended. I was very impressed by the manner of Sebastian, my dentist, and his ability to relate to my own needs and wishes.”
“Regular patient for many years. Fully endorse excellent high quality patient-oriented service. Latest visit again fulfills, exceeds expectations. I'm a retired medic and can judge the skill with which Seb works. Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.”
“For someone who quite frankly has a phobia of dentists Sebastian puts you at ease and the (if this is possible) most pain free experience. Highly recommended.”
“Seb made me feel really comfortable and picked up things that no other dentists have previously. He has gone above and beyond so far to help me out with all my dental needs. Would 100% recommend”
Originally from Manchester, but trained in Dundee, I have worked in the Scottish borders since 2016 in general practice as an associate. I enjoy traveling (especially Greece) and good food and looking after my cat Mitsy. I also enjoy being artistic if I have the time, such as painting.
Fraser graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2008 with commendation. He then went on to successfully complete his vocational training year in general practice, learning all aspects of both general and cosmetic dentistry, and in 2010 he passed the requisite examinations to become a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In 2015 he became the co-owner of a dental practice in Edinburgh which he ran for 6 years, before deciding to focus solely on clinical work once again.
Having spent many years within the fields of cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, Fraser developed a love of endodontics (root canal surgery and the management of complex root injuries). He recently commenced further study which will lead to a Masters in Endodontics degree in early 2025. He uses a variety of highly specialised equipment in the practice to carry out high quality endodontic care, including his operating microscope, specialised ultrasonic canal cleaning protocols and a computerised anaesthesia delivery system to ensure his patients are always completely pain free and comfortable.
Fraser has previously held a position as a lecturer and opinion leading dentist for dental materials manufacturer Ivoclar Vivadent as well as being on the editorial board of Dentistry Scotland magazine, and a judge for the Dentistry Scotland Awards. He is also a former trainer of newly qualified dentists for NHS Scotland.
In his spare time Fraser loves the outdoors and enjoys both loch swimming and running. After over 20 years living in Edinburgh and Glasgow he is excited to now be moving to Perthshire to embrace the outdoors life as well as to join the Infinityblu team.
Komathy graduated from University of Malaya in 2005. After 3 years in general dental practice, she pursued Master’s in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Surgery) at University of Edinburgh. Following 3 years of clinical training, she passed MSurgDent which enabled her to register as a specialist in Oral Surgery. Komathy has a wide range of experience, working in dental practices and dental hospitals over the past 17 years.
Komathy has been lucky to join the Infinityblu team providing oral surgery related services and intravenous sedation. Komathy receives both internal and external referrals. At Infinityblu, we work closely to provide best possible care to patients. Following oral surgery treatment, patients are then referred back to their General Dental Practitioners for ongoing care.
Komathy provides dental extractions, surgical extractions, tooth exposure for orthodontic purposes, soft tissue surgery including biopsies, tongue- tie release to name a few. Intravenous sedation is available in house for dental treatment. This is a great alternative for anxious patients.
Outside work, Komathy enjoys rock concerts and baking cakes.
